Humble Granola Recipe

Who doesn’t love to start the day off with a filling and nutritious breakfast?! On the blog today we share a breakfast favourite - our quick and easy homemade granola recipe.

To make your granola, place 2 cups rolled oats, a handful of chopped almonds, and a handful of chopped walnuts on a baking tray (lined with baking paper).

Lightly drizzle 2 tablespoons of maple syrup over tray and sprinkle with a pinch of brown sugar (or unrefined sugar of your choice).

Bake for approximately 15 minutes at 150c and let cool for 10 minutes or so. When cooled to the touch, pour some of your granola mixture into a jar for later use, adding to your granola mix pumpkin seeds, chia seeds and dried fruits of your choice.

Serve yourself a delicious portion of your beautiful granola topped with fresh fruits and yoghurt of your choice and enjoy!
