Almond Anzac Biscuits

Today on the blog we share an easy recipe for delicious Anzac biscuits with almonds.

Simply combine a cup of rolled oats, a cup of buckwheat flour, half a teaspoon bicarbonate soda, a handful of desiccated coconut, 1/4 cup of of almond milk (you can add more if you feel mixture requires it), and three heaped table spoons of maple syrup.

Place dollops of mixture on baking tray, flatten slightly and top with almond slivers. Bake for 10 minutes (or until golden brown) at 180. Let cool. Serve and enjoy!
