Easy Raspberry Smoothie Recipe

Start the day right with this simple Raspberry and Apple smoothie.

Combine in your blender a cup of frozen raspberries, a small handful of blueberries, two roughly chopped red delicious apples (skin on for added fibre and nutrients), 1/2 a cup of h2coco coconut water, and a dash of maple syrup to sweeten (if desired) - blend and serve!

After I’m finished making the smoothie my toddler finishes the remaining raspberries and bits of apple, which she loves!
